Lexington Street enters Waltham from Lexington in the north (where it is called Waltham Street) and ends at Main Street, across from Waltham Common. Entering from Lexington, it crosses over Trapelo Road, and passes several shopping plazas on the right. It connects with Totten Pond Road and Bacon Street at Piety Corner. The turn to Beaver Street is on the left as Lexington Street enters the downtown area.
