The Open House will provide all members of the Waltham community with an opportunity to learn about WATCH's latest work directly from the organization's board and staff members. WATCH builds, preserves, and promotes affordable housing and enhances economic opportunities, civic participation and leadership for families in the Waltham area. Current projects include the development of 6 affordable condominiums on Jackson Street, and the formation and support of tenants associations at Waltham's state funded public housing developments. The Open House will also allow community members to meet the organization's new Executive Director, Erica Schwarz, who served as WATCH's Community Organizer from 2001 - 2006.
